The company's specific expertise and demonstrated contract performance is in the following technology areas and applications:

Quality Assurance

Varilog senior management has the technical background both to understand the work that its employees may be responsible for performing under a Task Order and to assess the quality of that work.  Quality Assurance is for us an integral aspect of Technical Program Management.

Our general practice on an Engineering Services contract is for Technical Program Management to be performed, and for a manager to be placed in the work-delivery loop, only to the extent that is called for in the Task Order or in some cases by specific request by a cognizant manager in the Customer Organization.  Our Technical Management, including Quality Assurance, "footprint" is generally small in the case of employees whose regular site of work is a Customer facility, but we can become involved to a greater degree if and when specific task or personnel situations demand.  We take pride in many years of  successful Engineering Services work in which careful attention to work details was paid by the employees, while careful attention to employee performance and customer feedback was paid by Management.

Varilog has a well-developed approach to Technical Program Management, including both quality oversight of the work and to the Human Resources aspects of Quality Assurance, that is detailed in a proprietary section of our Technical Proposal for Seaport-e.  We will be pleased to provide details to  prospective customers.
